Sports As A Learning Platform For Future Leaders
Sports (or sporting activities) is any forms of typically competitive physical activity that, through organised or casual competition, attempt to employ, maintain or enhance physical aptitude and abilities while offering social entertainment to competitors, and sometimes, spectators. The common components of most sports activities are the use of a ball (a ball being a kind of heavy weight/heavy metal or the like), the throwing or striking of the ball with an adapted form of hand/foot/body tools and devices, athletic movements, interaction with an opponent (usually through a head or neck contact) and the overcoming of opponents or the presence of challenges in the course of play. Many sports may also include equipment or accessories that may be used to enhance performance of the participant. Most sports can be divided into individual sports such as swimming and tennis, and into teams of competing athletes, such as American football and soccer.
